Set the time ranges to match what you planned. If you meant the assignment to take 20 minutes, a range that starts at 15 shows you quickly whether you were close.
Reading the results
If many students land in "Over an hour", cut the next assignment or split it. If most finish in under 15 minutes, it may be too easy to be worth the time.
