482-193When to ask it
At the end of a meeting, while everyone is there, or in the chat a week before the next pick is due.
A tip that helps
Three real titles with a one-line description each works better than four genres. People vote for a book, not a category.
Reading the results
Announce the pick with the next meeting date, so everyone has the same deadline.
